Orders and shipping
How long does shipping take?
Ready to Wear orders are prepared and shipped as soon as possible after your order is confirmed. Build Your Tee and other custom pieces are sewn by hand to order and ship within 7–10 business days. Courier delivery time is added on top and depends on the destination.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on where your order is going. You see the exact cost at checkout, before you pay.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply. They are set by the destination country and paid by the customer.
Can I track my order?
Yes. When your order ships, you receive an email with tracking details where available.
Returns
Can I return a Ready to Wear piece?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving it. Email us with your order number, then send the item back unworn and unwashed. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Full details in our Refund Policy.
Can I return a Build Your Tee order?
No. Custom pieces are made to your specifications, so they can’t be returned. If something arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we’ll make it right.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Return the item within 14 days and place a new order for the size you need.
Build Your Tee
How does it work?
Choose your tee, choose your patches and choose where each one goes. We sew everything by hand in our workshop.
Can I change my design after ordering?
Email us as soon as possible. If we haven’t started sewing your piece yet, we’ll do our best to update it.
Product and care
What are the tees made of?
100% cotton, 300 GSM heavyweight, with an oversized fit.
How should I wash my tee?
Wash inside out, at 30°C, with similar colours. Don’t tumble dry and don’t iron directly over the patches. This keeps the cotton and the patches looking good for longer.
Are the patches sewn or ironed on?
Sewn by hand, in our workshop. Small differences in placement are part of the handmade process.
